How to remove English US from Microsoft Office 2003 language Settings

Hi,

Is any way to remove English (US) from Microsoft Office 2003 language
Settings.?

My Word and Outlook premanently get back to English US from English EN

I have only one language keyboard layout set up (English EN)

I want to have only English EN. How can I do it?
