How to remove "English (US)" from Word's default languages list?

Word's "Language" dialog box has two languages above the double-line
separator "English (U.K.)" and "English (U.S.)". I would prefer to work only
in UK mode and want to relegate the US option to the selections below the
double-line.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?QVNtYWxs?=,
Word's "Language" dialog box has two languages above the double-line
separator "English (U.K.)" and "English (U.S.)". I would prefer to work only
in UK mode and want to relegate the US option to the selections below the
double-line.
I believe it is not possible to directly control what appears above this line.
