How to remove IBM RPM toolbar

MS Project 2003 Standard
Windows 2000 SP4

I just installed IBM Rational Portfolio Manager. Yes, unfortunately I'm
being forced to use it....

It adds a default toolbar that I can't get rid of through the organizer
(tried deleting it). I can turn it off while in a project, but it always
returns when I open a new project.

Is there any way to modify this toolbar to only show up if I select it?

The must have a autorun macro that add the toolbar to your toolbar each time
Project is opened. Or they have a addin that does this.
