How to remove "insert frame" from Drop Down Form Field?

I was trying to create a form document and went to insert a "Drop Down
Field." I accidentally clicked on "Insert Frame". Now a frame appears
around all the Drop Down Fields I insert. How do I get rid of this frame? I
have searched eveything and tried everything! Please Help!!
