How to remove link tasks

Hello;

I am creating a MSP from within MS Access. I open a MSP template file in
access and update the appropriate tables.

I have removed the linked task by not updating the MSP_LINKS table, however
the finish date on the gant chart for each gant is always a day behind.

If I manually change the date once the project is created the dates will
then stay correct even after I open and close the project.

I have tried updating the TASK_CONSTRAINT_TYPE and TASK_CONSTRAINT_DATE
but have not had much luck.

Can you help?

e.g.
this is my data before entering into MSP
begdate = 7/8/04 enddate 8/3/04
begdate = 8/3/04 enddate 8/10/04
begdate = 8/10/04 enddate 8/12/04

this is what it looks like in MSP
begdate = 7/8/04 enddate 8/2/04
begdate = 8/3/04 enddate 8/9/04
begdate = 8/10/04 enddate 8/12/04
