How to remove missing data file from Outlook folder list

Using Outlook 2003 in WinXP, I have a Personal Folders group listed in my
folders list, but cannot open or remove it. On open, error says "cannot be
opened", on close, error says "object could not be found". I don't need the
folder group, I just want to remove it from my folder list. It's not my
default/mail folder group, and there are no files left to remove from the
Data Files list. I have reopened every folder group I've ever created and
closed them all, but can't get rid of this one.
