How to remove "on my computer"

I was recently using POP but have added new accounts using IMAP. How can I remove the "On my Computer" folders from the left hand side?

You can't. The idea is to have them around no matter what for local
storage.

No, the "On My Computer" folders cannot be deleted.

As you have been told, they can't be removed, but if you want your IMAP on
top in the folder list, simply select the IMAP account as click "Make
Default." This is new in Entourage 2008.

I got another problem, i'm using an entourage server for my mail.
There's a toolbar that displays inbox-calendar-todolist-sent directly
to me. The inbox button is now displaying the mails in "my computer"
is there any way to set this to display and direct to my exchange
mailbox?
