How to remove "Someone trying to access Outlook" alerts ?

When I open Outlook, I get pop up alerts asking me to grant access from 1 -
10 minutes or decline. I have to click yes or no a few hundred times before
I can access Outlook. How can I remove these alerts ?

Installed MS Office XP Standard on a new laptop running Vista.

When you open Outlook, anything is trying to read a blocked property like an
e-mail address. See if you have VBA code running or Addins installed that
may cause that.
