How to remove sufficient permissions on Outlook Calendar?

Outlook calendar problem

Hi i have a problem adjusting DST on outlook calendar, which says i do not
have permission?

I have tried the following which still does not allow me to:

· Open outlook and on the tools menu, click Options.

· Click Calendar Options.

· Click Time Zone.

· In the Time Zone list make sure (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time is
selected.

· And below there should be an option for you to adjust for (DST)
daylight saving time, you need to make sure that box has a tick
