How to remove the disable user from adjust actuals left pane.

Hi,

if the user has left the company and administrator disable that user in the
EPM . why that user is appearing in the adjust actuals Left Pane.

how we can remove that user from the left pane

Michael,

The user presumably has actuals. I assume that they have been inactive
in the Enterprise Resource Pool, throught Project Pro or PWA. If the
user is not coming back, then you can delete the user using the Clean
Up Project Server Database functionality in Project Web Access.

This will:

Replace the Enterprise Resource with a Local Resource of the same name,
maintaining any actuals that person recorded. It will also state the
date the user was deleted and, if you edit the field, the reason why.
