How to remove visio menus ?

Hi, I will appreciate your help for my problem
I am developing a Viso add-in, I want to remove all visio menus when my
add-in is started and restore the menus when the add-in is disabled (not
removed). Is there a simple command I can use to remove all current menus,
toolbars and context menus ?
