How to remove window when opening a doc after <Remove Hidden Data>?

After <Remove Hidden Data> the next time I open the new file is comes
up with a dialog askind whether I wat to use it "read only" etc.

How can I get rid of this?


How can you tell if there are macros in a file? If there I how can I get
rid of them?
