how to renable a addon after crashing...

I just created a plain vanilla addon using VS2005 visio 2007SDK and started
working on it. then i run into an exception inside my code and VISIO seems to
have disabled the loading my addon since now the connect breakpoint is not
being hit anymore. so my question is, how I 'reset' visio to load it again (I
tried visio /r but no luck).
