how to rename a calendar in outlook xp

Hi there,
I been trying to rename my calendar and I just can do it. Right click on the
calendar and the rename option is grey out.
If I create a copy then I am able to rename it but when I am trying to open
the calendar from another's person outlook I can't.
Can you tell me how can I do that???
