how to rename a table using field name

Is it possible that access rename a table name if field in form change? For
example, field name has Jon, I want the table of names to be renamed with
"Jon" and etc. . if yes , please advice??

It would be quite difficult - and I cannot IMAGINE why you would want to do
so!

What are you actually trying to accomplish, and why? I'm certain there is a
better way to do it than to rename a table!
