How to repair Outook Import/Export when missing?

After I installed Outlook Today with Outlook 2003 the Import/Export feature
no longer works and I get a message telling me to run setup again to
reinstall that feature. I tried repairing Outlook by going to the
Install/Uninstall program in Control Panel without success, although it told
me every time that repair had been successful. I could not find a specific
item to reinstall Import/Export and running setup obviously is not enough.
How can I reinstall that feature or make it work?

Run the Outlook installation wizard in Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs.
