What is the best way to obtain a replacement disk for a deleted High Speed
Ethernet File for Windows 2000 Professional operating system?

For one I never heard of such a file and what does it have to do with
Outlook? Maybe you could ask you ISP to do what you want to do?

I found a disk that had several kinds of files that came with the mother
board. I took the computer to a service center, and the repairman selected a
LAN driver from this disk and loaded it for me. Thanks anyway

I located a disk that had several files which came with the mother board. A
service repairman loaded the proper LAN driver and it's working great.
Thanks anyway.

OK that is a driver for your Integrated Network LAN on your Motherboard.
Has nothing to do with Outlook.
