How to replace Empty Space %2 in URL of Hyperlink with _

Front Page create empty space into %20 in URL.

Is there a way to replace all the %20 in all URLs to _ ?

Open the website in FrontPage
Rename each and every Folder that contains a space in the name.

View->Reports->Files->All Files

Rename each and every file that contains a space in the name.

These actions will also update all the links on pages at the same time,
except those links contained in Javascript.
If you use javascript rollovers or interactive buttons - check these
manually.
There is no "global" rename method.
