How to report bugs

Folks,

The Help > Send Feedback on Entourage menu item takes me to a MS
web-site on which I find a link to "Report Bugs". This takes me to
another page where I am asked to ring a US phone number to report bugs.
Not all that useful for us non-US users.

Any ideas on how to report bugs/requests to the MacBU team?

For the time being, your best bet is to post them here. There are often
people from the Mac BU reading this newsgroup, even if they aren't posting.
