How to request a DELIVERY receipt?

Hi,

From the Entourage FAQ pages, I've implemented both a method of adding the
proper header to request a "read" receipt, and to respond to such requests
from incoming emails from within Entourage 2004. What I haven't seen
anywhere is how to configure Entourage 2004 to request a DELIVERY receipt
from the receiving server. Outlook 2003 allows you to do this from its
"Options" checkboxes ‹ how do you do it in Entourage 2004?

Read receipts work by setting a header inside the message, so can be
implemented by manipulating the sent headers like the FAQ describes.

Delivery "receipts" (they're called Delivery Status Notifications, or DSNs)
on the other hand work at the SMTP protocol level, and Entourage can't
request them.

You'll need to ask MS to add this feature.
