How to reserve the meeting room

Hi All,

I would like to ask our users to use the Outlook calendar to book our
meeting rooms. We have 6 meeting rooms. Can anyone tell me how to do the set
up in Outlook? Do I need to setup anything in Exchange Server as well. How?

I am using Exchange Server 2000 Standard Full Packaged Product(FPP) w/ SP3
and MS Office 2000 Standard Version.
