How to Reset BCM 2007's Menu?

Hello all - I was trying to add a couple of BC< shortcuts to the Default
Toolbar. I made the mistake of trying to drag the Opportunities menu item
from the BCM Menu Bar down to the Toolbar (while in Edit Menu Mode). This is
effect removed it from the Menu, and I can't find a way to get it back. The
Reset option on the Customize Menu dialog is disabled for the BCM
Toolbar/Menu. Any ideas?
