How to reset the clock in outlook which is currently wrong?

My computer clock reads the correct time. But the outlook calendar and email
inbox are recorded with a 15 hour time difference. I hot sync my calendar
with my O2, but the outlook keep changing my O2 time instead of the reverse.
How can I reset this clock pls?

Does Windows have the right time zone setting?

Not sure which version of Outlook you are using, but you also might want to
check the Time Zone setting in Outlook. For Outlook 2003, see Tools >
Options > Preferences tab > Calendar Options. There is a time zone button
at the bottom.
