How to resize a drawing with many objects?

Assume I created a big drawing with many objects (e.g. rectangles), text labels
and arrows.

How can I resize the whole drawing to lets say a size of 80%.
I expect that even text font size should be decreased proportial to the overall resize value.

Ok, I start with marking all objects. And then?
I did not found a "resize" menu entry.

Did I miss something?

You can set a custom page scale
menu File -> Page Setup -> Drawing Scale
and set the Custom scale
1mm = 1,2mm
