How to resolve this problem.

I wrote a programs in vb+access.
if i run it,the error msgbox was showed:"Couldn't open table 'MSysAccounts'
in the workgroup information file."

i have try to find out the way on the web,but,i got nothing. then,i see the
vb help,i just got one message that i thought it was useful. the message
showed:

The SystemDB value of the
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Access\Jet\3.5\Engines\Jet
key in the Windows Registry points to a network drive that isn't connected.
Make sure the network drive is available, and then try the operation again.


i found it in the registry and changed it then ,ran the program again, the
problem still there.

Then i open the file "system.mdw" that the value of the key in the
KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Access\Jet\3.5\Engines\Jet.

i found nothing,then i closed the mdw. when i ran the program again, the
error msgbox disappeared.I think i have resolved the problem,then i
restarted the computer,ran the program, the error msgbox appeared
again!again!again!

help!

how to resolve this problem or tell me what's the problem.
