How to restart microsoft word 2007?

I am using the short version of Microsoft Word 2007 and I am trying to use to
trial version for the second time. I have already inserted the product key
and followed all the instructions. The only thing left for me to do is to
restart Microsoft Word. How do I go about doing that?

Why do you think you should be able to have two trial periods? One to a
customer.

There is no 'short version' of Word 2007, and you only get one trial period.
