How to restore BCM Database after upgrade from Vista to Win7?

After upgrading OS from Vista Ultimate to Win 7, I have this problems with
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook":
1. Each time I open MS Outlook, I am asked for permission to "allow the
following program (MS Office Outlook) to make changes to this computer". This
didn´t happen before the change to Win 7.
2. At the end of the opening process of MS Outlook, I get the following
message:
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again." This didn´t happen before.
3. When searching for Outlook messages (Inbox, for example) using the
"search" box above the messages, the tool doen´t find messages posted after
the OS upgrade.

Reintegrate BCM

Backup the database.

Deactivate BCM add-in.
Restart Outlook.
Reactivate it.

What happens?
