How to restore/create new Enterprise Global?

Problem:
I've created a macro in Enterprise Global and it's works fine.
Several days left i've tried to change macro but when I press Alt+F11 (VBA
Editor)
I've got the following error:
"Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost."
I cannot restore EGlobal via PWA Restore Option b/c i don't have a backup.
But i have a daily backups of whole PROJECT database!
How i can restore EGlobal from there?
Why i have this error with Error accessing file....?

Restore your backup to a new farm.

Backup the E.Global with the playbooks tools (available in Resource Kit)

Restore the E.Global to your production instance.
