How to Restore Outlook Backup File

How can I restore a Outlook 2003 backup file to a Outlook 2007 software
installation?

I have a Backup Outlook 2003 file that is called 'MS Office Outlook Personal
Folders'.

I want the old 2003 Outlook data to flow into my new Outlook 2007 Inbox,
then I want to pull some of the information and emails, and begin to run
archives using Outlook tools.

Please help !
