How to restore the blue bars in Outlook 2003

I've got a new computer with Windows XP 64 bit and found out that Outlook
2003 does not have those nice blue 3d-like bars as folder headers (mail,
inbox, Calendar etc.). Instead it has flat grey ones, like I remember from
Outlook 98 etc.

Are there some directions?
