How to retrieve AssignmentBaseline0Work information?

Hi
(PS2007, SP1, PIU)
I wrote a Reporting Service report able to display, for a given resource,
for each task, Assignment Work on a per day per day basis.
I got above information from database within
MSP_EpmAssignmentByDay.AssignmentWork.
Actual Work is retrieved thru MSP_EpmAssignmentByDay.AssignmentActualWork.
I 'd like to compare Actual Work with baseline assignment...
My project are baselined.
At the time being I cannot find information of Baseline Work:
MSP_EpmAssignmentByDay_UserView.AssignmentBaseline0Work is NULL.

Why this information is not set? Any reason?
Is there any specific setting to care about when setting the baseline?

Hi again,
When investigating deeper about my issue I found next patch (from March 6th,
2009): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968271/en-us
Maybe that what I see is an already referenced issue... In my case I don't
use (directly) the PSI. Work is updated from Timesheet filling.
Can somebody confirm this patch will solve my problem?
