How to Retrieve Data from Sharepoint Published Form into other For

My actual application needs to do:
1. Submit Form A into SharePoint
2. Workflow will create new Form B entry in another library. (Sadly
speaking, SharePoint Designer workflow can't even carry data from 1 form to
another...)
3. The Form B entry will have Form A data and additional fields.

I really find such a simple query difficult without any clear article
online... I've tried to use Rules and secondary data connection to query but
failed. Anyone can help me? Thanks.
