How to retrieve risks and issues details of a project using PDS AP

Hi,

I am building a small application which retrieves the details of a project
from Project Server 2003 using PDS APIs.

I am able to view some details like planned start & finish date, % complete,
hours worked... But am not able to retrieve the following details.

1. Actual start date and Actual finish date of a project
2. Risks and issues associated with the project ( risks and issues ll be
sharepoint server. but there is some method thru which this can be queried
thru project server)


Also, I cant view all the projects. I am able to view only two.

Should i change any permission settings to do this? I have logged in as
administrator and have all rights. Is there any method which i can use to
retrieve the above mentioned details.
