how to return emails downloaded to home outlook back to work serve

Hello,

In the process of trying to download my work emails to my home outlook, I
did not preserve the emails on my work server like I intended to.

I know how to do this now, but is there anyway that I can get the messages
that were transferreed to my home outlook back to my work email server?
