PowerPoint's text engine does not like to reverse text. There are many
reason's for this, but the main one is that it is very difficult to read
accidentally reversed text.
Therefore, you will need to convert the text into an image (which PowerPoint
has no problems mirroring).
Step 1) Print the text the size, color, font, customized the way you want
it.
Step 2) Select the entire text box (not the text within the box but the
whole box.
Step 3) Press the keyboard Cut shortcut Ctl+X (Press and hold the Control
key then type the X key once and release the control key)
Step 4) Paste Special - The method for this is different for different
versions of PowerPoint.
PowerPoint 2007 Select the Home tab, then click on the small arrow under
the paste button and select Paste Special then select Picture (Enhanced
Metafile)
PowerPoint 2003 and prior - Select Edit, then paste special, then select
Enhanced metafile
Step 5) Grab the handle (small box control) on the middle of the left side
and drag it off to the right. Drag it as far to the right of the right edge
as it was to the left of that edge before. (in short, turn it over)
Step 6) Draw an arrow on a plain piece of paper towards the top of the page.
Place it into the printer and test print this slide (with the backwards
text). Evaluate what side of the paper the printer used and load the iron
on transfer accordingly.
