How to revert back to Office 97

I had major computer failure. Lost all programs. I had an
educational version of Office Pro 2000, which was wiped
out. I still have my original Office 97Pro CD, and
installed that but of course my database was in 2000 so I
can only read and not change anything. How can I get my
database back to Office 97.
