How to rotate jpeg image in Word 2000

I know I can do this in Word 2003
but can figure out how to do this in Word 2000
Anyone know? Please help.

Generally, this is done BEFORE it is placed into Word. Try opening it in MS
Paint (Start-Programs-Accessories...), and rotate it there. Not all objects
are rotate-able in Office.
