Hello all,

I had to install a new mobo(old one fried) and subseqently re-install XP
Home. I re-installed the OS into the same Windows and users folders I had,

You only needed to do a REPAIR install. (Presumably you didn't do any
research....) if you did a NEW install, then if your Outlook files were in
the default location, then they've gone. You DO have a backup, right?
