how to save a doc with MS Word plug-in for IE in a frame.

MS Word plugin can edit and save files when you open a .DOC from IE.
Especially if the file is local and not coming from the server. You get all
the Word tools added to the IE toolbar.

If you do the same thing through a frame then you dont get any way to save
the file if you edit it.

How can I get the plugin to save a file if I edit it through the IE frame.
