How to save a .jpg file embedded as .jpg

Hi,
I would like to know how I can save an originally .jpg formatted picture
that is embedded in the e-mail, as a .jpg file.
The only way I can save it now is to right click the picture "save as" a
..bmp file.
I am not given the choice of saving as the original .jpg file that it was
sent as.
If it was an attachment it would be easy to save in the same format it was
sent in.

If you find a need to do this often, you may want to consider adding this macro
which is designed just for that purpose...and it works great!
