how to save a power point file in the notes page mode

I want to save my power point presentation in the notes page view.

I want the users of my training material document, which I've created in
Power Point to be able to open right up to the presentation with the notes
(visible) to them. Otherwise I don't think they will know how to get to the
notes page view.

I have too many people in the classes to be able to instruct them separately.
