How to save customizations?

How do I save/back up all of my customizations in Word (dictionary,
auto correct, page setup, etc.)? I need to know file names/types that
I'm looking for to back up. Also, if I lose them and need to
reinstall or want to add my customizations to another computer with
Word, how do I do that?
