How to save multiple email addresses at once?

I received a message addressed to multiple recipients (about 100 people).
All of us belong to a professional group and occasionally I might want to
send a message to everyone.

Is there anyway to save all these email addresses at once? Or do I have to
go through and save them individually?

Just the other day a friend told me about a program that can do that. It is

Thanks, Dan, I really appreciate it. Looks like that will do the job,
although I wish there was some way to do it cheaper.
