how to save office 2007 settings as the previous 2003 and XP did?

In previous 2003 and XP version, we can save office settings by "Save my
settings wizard" so we wouldn't need to reset everything if the computer
crashes and we have to re-install Office, but this great feature has gone for
Office 2007. Anyone knows anything about it?
