I am on a webites customers care online with several questions selected for
answers to print for reference. Some of these answers a 2-5 line answers.
After an question is answered their web site offers a print job for it . Then
you hit their print and you have a 3 line answer. Then you go back to get
another question answered and a print out again of a 2-7 line answer. How can
I use or what can I use to print all these answers that would fit on a letter
size paper. How can I save several print jobs to print all on 1 paper which
would would fit . What programs could help me do this.

It would be pretty convoluted. You would need to intercept each print
job by sending it to a "generic text printer" and set that to "Print to
file", then concatenate those "printed" files, open the resultant file,
strip the page breaks, insert new page breaks to prevent splitting
answers across 2 pages. THEN you could put it on paper. So why put it on
paper at all? I suggest just a PDF file instead.

Select and copy the information you want from the web page.

Paste it into Word, Notepad or any other app you like.

Repeat until replete.

Print.

Steve's suggestion is the way I would go but if you really want a
program, then try this:
FinePrint: http://www.fineprint.com/
You can save the prints up and print when you get 4 or 8 to a page.
