How to save the email to My Documents directroy

I would like to save my all email from outlook to My Documents. I can save
one email each time at .oft format in to My Documents. It take too much time
for save all the emails. I used Archive function and save the folder in My
Documents as archive.pst. But I cann't open it. Is there good way to save
these email in My Documents?
