How to: Search & Replace within Outlook 2003

R

RJB

I tried to do a search on how to 'search & replace' information within
Outlook 2003 (CONTACTS section) but it did not come up with any suggestions
to read.

Is the above a feature? If anyone knows, please Email me back.

Thanks in Advance!

There's no automated Search and Replace function as there is in Word, but
with the help of some KB shortcuts, you can streamline the manual process.

Place the text you want to use as a replacement on the clipboard, then use
OneNote's find feature to find the string you're looking for, then Ctrl-V
each instance you want to replace.
