How to secure sql server tables from access odbc

Hi I run a software in access connected to sql server
ODBC. In Access 2000 develoment mode one can see and play
with the sql server tables. I have made the tables hidden,
but that does not help. A smart guy can view hidden table
names.

Any suggestion? Please mail a copy to (e-mail address removed)
