how to see hebrew subjects in outlook inbox rows

I get emails from Israel with hebrew in the subject.
I can see it right in the message but in the inbox rows it is gibrish (wrong
script or something) even though I set the rows' font (in other) to a hebrew
font.

Any Ideas?
