How to see how long a group of tasks will take to complete

We are using MS Project Server 2007.

I have 20 tasks grouped together.

They can all start on the same day. There are no dependancies. I have
entered the estimate in hours for each item.

I have 2 resources to each item.
Each task is currently set to Fixed Work.
The effort of work on each task is split between the developers.

How do I configure the tasks so project will give me an accurate completion
date. It needs to take into consideration the developers vacation that is
configured as admin time.

The task all have the same predecessor, several taks have the same successor.

If I link them together one right after the other, the right tasks won't
display on the developers time sheet.
